Candle instructions: Light candle for 30 minutes to an hour minimum to create an even wax pool to prevent tunneling. Do not burn candles longer than 4 hours.
 
How to use a candle for massage:Light the candle for 30 minutes to an hour. Make sure the entire top layer is burned evenly prior to the next step to prevent tunneling. Then Blow out the flame, let the oil cool for 1 minute, pour the oil over your skin and gently massage it in. (Move quickly as the oil will harden and solidify back into wax.) The chemical properties of the Hemp and Coconut soy wax nourishes and moisturizes the skin, the wax will cool to body temperature as it seeps into the skin like butter.
